Customize Your Box

Customizing your order is the best way to ensure you purchase only the items that you want and need for the week. Our boxes are fully customizable, and you can add as much as you'd like. Read on to find out how to add, remove, or edit quantities of items in your subscription.

Adding items to your subscription

  1. Go to urbanfreshfarmdelivery.com
  2. Click this icon in the top right and sign in using your email address and password.
  3. Sign in using your email address and password you signed up with previously.
    1. If you haven’t created an account, click “create account” under the sign in button and fill in the required fields.
  4. Click on “Products” at the top of the page
  5. Find the product you want to add to your subscription and click on it.
  6. On the product page, enter the quantity you would like to add to your order, and click “ADD TO EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION”
  7. Click “ADD” on the window that pops up.
  8. It will say “Done. Added to Subscription!” When it has been added to your subscription.
  9. Click “View Order” to confirm it has been added to your subscription. You will also receive an email confirmation.

 

Removing items from your subscription

  1. Go to urbanfreshfarmdelivery.com
  2. Click this icon in the top right and sign in using your email address and password.
  3. Sign in using your email address and password you signed up with previously.
    1. If you haven’t created an account, click “create account” under the sign in button and fill in the required fields.
  4. Under, Account Details on the left side of the screen, click “Manage Subscription” to view your Manage Subscriptions Page.
  5. Here, you can view and edit the following:
    1. Address and Shipping Information
    2. Payment Information
    3. Products in your subscription
    4. Manage upcoming orders
    5. Discount codes
    6. Transaction history
    7. Cancel Subscription
  6. Click “Products in your subscription”
  7. Click “Remove Product” on the right side of the product you wish to remove.
  8. It will ask, “Are you sure you want to remove this product?” Click “Remove product”
  9. Click “Save Changes” and it will say “Product removed successfully!!” and you will be emailed with a confirmation.
  10. You have successfully removed the product from your subscription!

 

Editing the quantity of items in your subscription

  1. Go to urban-fresh-farm.myshopify.com
  2. Click this icon in the top right and sign in using your email address and password.
  3. Sign in using your email address and password you signed up with previously.
    1. If you haven’t created an account, click “create account” under the sign in button and fill in the required fields.
  4. Under, Account Details on the left side of the screen, click “Manage Subscription” to view your Manage Subscriptions Page.
  5. Here, you can view and edit the following:
    1. Address and Shipping Information
    2. Payment Information
    3. Products in your subscription
    4. Manage upcoming orders
    5. Discount codes
    6. Transaction history
    7. Cancel Subscription
  6. Click “Products in your subscription” 
  7. Click “Edit Quantity” on the right side and enter the new quantity for your subscription
  8. Click “Update quantity” then wait for the “Save Changes” button to appear
  9. Click “Save Changes” and it will say “Quantity updated successfully!” and you will be emailed with a confirmation.
  10. You have successfully edited the quantity of products in your subscription!
